My friend Rilla Bailey is an illustrator. When she was around 12 years old, she started drawing a copyright symbol next to her signature on every sketch she created.
This gave me a chuckle as I thought there was a bit more of a process one had to go though to make something copyrighted than slapping [...]

The state of the union: according to Fox News and the Guardian
Both Fox News and the Guardian kept their sites updated as each state was claimed for the candidates.
I alternated between CNN and Fox on Live Television and as soon as projections were made on air, they were immediately updated on the websites.
The websites for both Fox and the Guardian had interactive US maps that changed [...]

Space is not an issue for online journalists. They have the opportunity to write for [...]

Tech Toys: Not Only For The Big Kids
Adele, 9, took a quick break from her favorite website (DisneyFairies.com) to talk about her tech toy of choice: a pink iPod Nano.
She likes them because, “they’re cool and they can watch movies and they’re small.”
Being the smallest child in a big family, Adele said she likes being able to watch a movie [...]

“7 Years Later…”
The front page of Fox News displays an image link to a story about President Bush’s moment of silence at the White House that will take place today, September 11, 2008, seven years after the day no American should ever forget.
There is a WATCH LIVE feature for video feed of the World Trade Center site [...]
